Job Duties

Organize, gather & run all dirty dishes through commercial dishwasher
Put all dishes, sheet trays, kitchen equipment back in their proper organized homes
Keep kitchen clean, mopped & organized at all times
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere
Light food prep as necessary
Ensure proper food handling, storage and sanitation standards are always met
Cleaning & organizing work areas throughout day & end of shift
