Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior dishwashing experience preferred
ability to work Wednesday and Thursday from 5:30 pm to 1:30 am
capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
willingness to comply with sanitary and safety regulations
ability to follow instructions and work independently
legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

Prior dishwashing experience preferred
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
knowledge of safety procedures
ability to work part-time schedule including evenings
ability to operate dishwashing equipment
good physical stamina for kitchen work
team player attitude

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machine
washes pots, pans and trays according to procedures
polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods
ensures compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
maintains temperatures and chemical levels following standards
keeps dish area clean and orderly
sweeps and mops kitchen floors
washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces
removes trash and cleans garbage containers
transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
assists in loading and unloading supplies
performs other duties as assigned
