Job Requirements

- knowledge of dishwasher machinery and kitchen operations
- availability to work part-time on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- adherence to company safety policies including use of protective gloves and proper lifting techniques
- willingness to comply with all sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset
- knowledge of dishwasher machinery and kitchen operations
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- good physical stamina to handle lifting heavy items
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or uses dishwashing machines
- washes pots, pans, and trays ensuring cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using designated equipment
- ensures compliance with safety procedures
- maintains appropriate temperatures and chemical levels
- keeps dish area orderly and clean
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
