Job Requirements

Prior dishwashing and back-of-house experience preferred
Availability to work part time weekend shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Able to follow safety guidelines including use of gloves and slip-resistant shoes
Must be punctual and reliable
Able to lift and move kitchen supplies safely

Job Qualifications

Prior dishwashing and back-of-house experience preferred
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work weekends
Good physical stamina to handle lifting and prolonged standing
Basic communication skills

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
