Job Requirements

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation
- Capable of standing, walking, sitting, kneeling throughout shift
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in employee changing room/restrooms and back-of-the-house employee areas, as well as the elevator, dumpster, and receiving area
- Empty trash cans from dish room, kitchen, and storeroom into appropriate refuge receptacles on a regular basis, ensuring correct supervision for recyclable items
- Remove empty boxes from kitchen and storage areas on a regular basis to dumpster area
- Keep equipment, floor, and work areas clean, free of slip, trip and fall hazards and in good working order at all times
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans and utensils in accordance to local guidelines, to ensure proper supply levels to operate Food & Beverage Department efficiently
- Assist in the storing of grocery and supply items
- Assume responsibility for proper set up and operation of the dish machine, three compartment sink, garbage disposer and chemical dispensing systems
- Notify supervisor of any malfunctions
- Assume responsibility for supplies for the dish machine and notify supervisor of any instances where there would be no product on hand
- Assist cooks and the Executive Chef in the preparation of food as needed
- Set-up and break-down buffet tables and theme decorations which may include ice displays
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
