Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move kitchenware and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- capacity for regular and prolonged standing and walking
- capability to ascend and descend stairs as necessary
- capability to perform repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers
- willingness to bend, stoop, and turn frequently
- tolerance for exposure to hot and damp temperature fluctuations
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Dishwashing: responsible for efficiently washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment
- kitchen maintenance: maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, including dishwashing station, sinks, and storage areas
- assist kitchen team: support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils during peak service times
- adherence to sanitation standards: follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- team collaboration: work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes to customers
- flexibility: willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, including food preparation, stocking supplies, and general cleaning tasks
