Job Duties

  • Dishwashing: responsible for efficiently washing and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment
  • kitchen maintenance: maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas, including dishwashing station, sinks, and storage areas
  • assist kitchen team: support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils during peak service times
  • adherence to sanitation standards: follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals, to ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • team collaboration: work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes to customers
  • flexibility: willingness to assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed, including food preparation, stocking supplies, and general cleaning tasks
