Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a casual or fine dining atmosphere preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Availability to work scheduled events as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere helpful
  • High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner focusing on a positive and cooperative work environment
  • Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations

Job Duties

  • Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares
  • Maintain highest sanitation levels to ensure items are contamination-free
  • Implement MSDS criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures
  • Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas safe and clean
  • Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning
  • Clean and sanitize all food service areas including the main kitchen area
  • Arrive to work in uniform with neat and clean appearance
