Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working in a casual or fine dining atmosphere preferred
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
Effective communication skills
Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required
Reliable transportation
Availability to work scheduled events as needed

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a casual and/or fine dining atmosphere helpful
High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner focusing on a positive and cooperative work environment
Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations

Job Duties

Wash and sanitize all tableware, serving materials, cooking equipment and small wares
Maintain highest sanitation levels to ensure items are contamination-free
Implement MSDS criteria, food and product safety, and Food and Beverage Policies and Procedures
Remove all trash and maintain loading and receiving areas safe and clean
Stock plates, glasses, pots, utensils and pans after cleaning
Clean and sanitize all food service areas including the main kitchen area
Arrive to work in uniform with neat and clean appearance
