Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cooking equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dish area, floors, and trash stations
- assist with setup and breakdown of kitchen stations as needed
- remove garbage and recycling, ensuring proper disposal
- support kitchen staff with basic cleaning or prep tasks
- follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- assist with transporting clean equipment to service areas as needed
