Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to work all venue events including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- sufficient mobility to perform production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- strong attention to detail
- able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
- must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time

Job Duties
- Washes, rinses and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and small wares in accordance with established procedures
- organizes and properly stores all clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in designated areas
- removes garbage and recycling promptly and disposes of waste in accordance with established sanitation and safety standards
- cleans and maintains kitchen areas including floors, walls, drains, walk-in coolers, dry storage and dish areas
- cleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operating conditions
- maintains organization and sanitation of all kitchen and storage spaces in compliance with departmental policies and health regulations
- works flexible hours including late nights, weekends and holidays for games and major stadium events
