The role being offered is for Dishwashers to join the team at the New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. Scheduled to open in the 2026 NFL season, New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills and is the largest construction project in Western New York’s history. The stadium will feature state-of-the-art technology aimed at enhancing the fan experience, making it an exciting and dynamic environment to work in. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and food preparation areas. This position offers the opportunity to be part of the vibrant energy and excitement of live stadium events. It requires working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting where maintaining high sanitation standards is essential.

Your responsibilities will include washing, rinsing, and sanitizing dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares according to established procedures. You will be expected to organize and properly store all clean kitchen equipment and maintain the sanitation of kitchen areas, including floors, walls, drains, walk-in coolers, and storage areas. Garbage and recycling need to be removed promptly following safety and sanitation standards. Moreover, you will help clean and sanitize kitchen equipment to keep a safe operating environment. The role demands flexibility to work extended hours, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and all game and major stadium events. This position comes with a competitive hourly wage of $18-$20 commensurate with experience, along with a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and a 401(k) plan.

Physically, the role requires constant standing, twisting, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. The job involves exposure to loud noises, flashing lights, extreme heat or cold, and the ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds. To be successful, candidates must have strong attention to detail, demonstrate flexibility, have sufficient mobility for production tasks, and possess a basic understanding of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations. The job is open to candidates who are at least 18 years old and willing to work all venue events. Job Duties
