Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize all kitchenware according to health and safety standards
- Organize dishwashing area and maintain supply of clean dishes
- Assist kitchen staff with general cleaning duties as needed
- Ensure timely removal of waste and recyclables
- Support the kitchen team by maintaining a smooth flow of clean items
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols
