Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Must have basic literacy and math skills
- Must be flexible for shift scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must comply with local food handling regulations
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen steward role an advantage
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Wash plates, glasses, silverware, and other kitchen wares
- Coordinate the movement of clean and dirty wares
- Maintain overall cleanliness of food and beverage spaces
- Comply with local food handling laws and safety standards
- Lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Support banquet and restaurant operations as needed
