Ivy Park at Santa Rosa is a premier senior living community located in a beautifully landscaped setting, managed by Oakmont Management Group, a recognized leader in the senior living industry. Oakmont Management Group operates a portfolio of communities under the Oakmont Senior Living and Ivy Living brands across California, Nevada, and Hawaii, serving thousands of seniors with exemplary care and lifestyle quality. Ivy Park at Santa Rosa prides itself on providing exceptional quality, comfort, and care through five-star services and amenities designed to promote independence, dignity, and personalized support tailored to each resident. The community is built on strong values including authenticity, teamwork, compassion, commitment, and resilience, which foster meaningful relationships among residents, families, and team members. These values translate into a fulfilling environment for both residents and staff, ensuring a rewarding lifestyle that balances safety with enjoyment.

The Dishwasher position at Ivy Park at Santa Rosa plays an essential role in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment to support the delivery of high-quality meals to residents. This on-call role offers an hourly pay range of $18.21 to $18.50, depending on experience, and requires an individual capable of upholding the company’s mission and values through diligent work and teamwork. The dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in accordance with health and safety regulations, directly impacting residents’ dining experiences and the overall operational success of the culinary team. Working with Oakmont Management Group also presents opportunities for career growth, relocation, and travel across communities in multiple states, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation time, and more.

In this role, the dishwasher prepares the dish room and dishwashing area prior to meal service, transports dishes following meal preparation, clears, washes, and sanitizes dishes and utensils, and returns them to their designated storage areas. Beyond dishwashing, the role involves assistance with kitchen breakdown and cleanup tasks, including sanitizing kitchen and dining areas, cleaning steam tables, range hoods, sinks, and drains, and ensuring trash is disposed of properly. The dishwasher must respond to resident concerns with professionalism and care, maintain a safe environment by following established safety standards, and foster cooperative teamwork with colleagues across various departments. This role is crucial in maintaining the hygienic standards and smooth functioning of the food service operation within the senior living community.

Oakmont Management Group places a high value on the health and safety of its team members and residents. This role requires candidates to pass criminal background checks and health screenings, including physical and TB tests. There are also COVID-19 safety protocols that may include vaccination, daily screening, surveillance testing, and the use of personal protective equipment as required by regulatory guidelines. The dishwasher position at Ivy Park offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to working in a meaningful environment where care and quality are priorities, and where the impact of their work is directly felt by the senior community they serve. The role also features robust benefits such as company-paid life insurance, 401(k) savings plan with company match, bonus opportunities, and employee assistance programs, reflecting Oakmont Management Group’s commitment to supporting its team members holistically.

Joining Ivy Park and Oakmont Management Group means being part of a team that prioritizes not only operational excellence but also the human experience of residents and staff alike. It is a community where the foundations of joy, family spirit, and respect create a workplace rich in opportunity and satisfaction, making it an ideal employer for those passionate about senior care and hospitality.
