Job Duties
- scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes
- washes dishes by hand or using dishwashing machines
- ensures cleanliness and sanitation of pots, pans, trays, and silverware
- polishes silverware using various equipment and procedures
- maintains compliance with safety procedures
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assists with loading and unloading supplies
- performs other duties as assigned
