The Dishwasher/Utility role at Red Lobster is critical to maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of the kitchen and dining areas. This position involves cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils with safety and precision. The role requires operating dishwashing equipment correctly and responsibly. It also encompasses tasks such as emptying trash, supporting cooks with prep work and the preparation of signature items like Cheddar Bay biscuits, and assisting with other duties as needed. Physical stamina is essential, as the job requires the ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 50 pounds, as well as standing for shifts ranging from 8 to 12 hours.
