Job Requirements

Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk 100% of scheduled shift
Ability to be productive throughout all hours of the scheduled shift
Ability to stand in one place for several hours
Ability to reach above shoulders and bend during all hours of the shift
Ability to ambulate through entire store and employee parking area
100% attendance expectation except approved time-off

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is an asset
Ability to lift 30-50 pounds safely
Strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies

Job Duties

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Ensure all items are clean and free of food particles before storage or use
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
Properly store cleaned items in designated areas
Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and clean-up tasks
Regularly empty trash and maintain cleanliness of trash areas
Follow all safety protocols and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
Treat co-workers with respect and follow policies of integrity, cleanliness, and efficiency
Maintain professional appearance according to company standards
