Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in hospitality and service industry
- knowledge of health department standards for food service employees
- ability to prioritize and solve problems while ensuring a customer first mentality
- hard working team member who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrate and uphold all of Power Design's core values including integrity, accountability, teamwork, innovation and growth

Job Duties
- follow the opening and closing procedures of the daily cafe operation
- ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas including ovens, grills, stoves, hoods, fryers, preparation slicers, tables, and floors
- clean and sanitize all pots and pans for use in the cafe
- maintain a clean and organized work environment
- ensure the proper sanitation, organization, and efficiency of service area
