Job Requirements

  • Experience in high volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment preferred
  • Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours)
  • Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats)
  • Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally
  • Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones
  • Clear verbal communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting

  • Mastering multitasking by handling guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation bookings efficiently
  • Collaborating with waitstaff to ensure timely seating and smooth transitions between guests
  • Embracing the role of an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued and receives personalized attention
  • Maintaining a calm and composed manner while working in a fast-paced environment
