Job Requirements

Experience in high volume, upscale casual dining or equivalent service environment preferred
Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours)
Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats)
Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally
Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones
Clear verbal communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting

Mastering multitasking by handling guest inquiries, phone calls, and reservation bookings efficiently
Collaborating with waitstaff to ensure timely seating and smooth transitions between guests
Embracing the role of an ambassador of hospitality, ensuring each guest feels valued and receives personalized attention
Maintaining a calm and composed manner while working in a fast-paced environment
