This role is tailored for someone who is passionate about maintaining cleanliness and supporting the culinary operations that keep a restaurant running smoothly. As a Dishwasher at Kohler’s top-rated food and beverage teams, you'll be an essential part of the behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring pristine kitchen conditions and assisting chefs in their preparation efforts. This is a casual part-time position based onsite in Green Bay, with shifts varying primarily between 4:00 pm and 12:00 am on weekdays and weekends. The hourly wage ranges from $14.85 to $22.25, depending on factors such as educational background and local labor market conditions.

The Dishwasher role involves cleaning all dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment with efficiency and care. You will also perform routine maintenance such as sweeping and mopping floors, washing walls, wiping counters, and removing trash, contributing significantly to the sanitary standards required in food service environments. Additionally, you will assist chefs with food plate setup and other food preparation tasks, offering crucial operational support within the kitchen. This position demands physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, to stand for extended periods, and to work in frequently wet conditions.
