We are excited to introduce Koshu Club, our newest venture — a refined 50-seat restaurant inspired by the classic Sh4dwa-era supper clubs of Japan. Koshu Club represents a unique fusion of tradition and modernity, led by the esteemed MUJ4d Executive Chef J. Trent Harris and Chef de Cuisine Keith Miller. Their vision brings to life a menu that beautifully bridges washoku (Japanese cuisine) and y4dshoku (Western-style Japanese cuisine) traditions, enhanced with contemporary sensibilities to create an elegant and memorable dining experience.

We are currently seeking an experienced Dishwasher to join our team. This essential role supports the smooth and timely operation of our kitchen by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The Dishwasher will execute all kitchen system tasks efficiently while fostering clear communication within the team. This role requires a reliable individual who approaches their work with a calm, aware, and exacting attitude.

The successful candidate will be a key contributor to maintaining an organized and hygienic workspace that meets the rigorous standards expected in a Michelin-starred environment. Job Requirements

  • Experience in a similar dishwasher role preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain clean and sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Execute kitchen systems and daily cleaning tasks under chef supervision
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
  • Keep the dishwashing area organized and stocked
  • Assist with loading and unloading dishwashing machinery
  • Follow health and safety regulations strictly
  • Support teamwork to ensure timely food service
