This Food & Beverage Steward role at Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa, is integral to maintaining the cleanliness and overall sanitation of kitchen and dining areas, ensuring that guests enjoy a safe and pleasant dining experience. Food & Beverage Stewards are responsible for cleaning all kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware, working in a fast-paced environment alongside other kitchen and service staff. Stewards ensure the kitchen and service areas are spotless and well-organized, including responsibilities such as scrubbing pots and pans, sorting utensils, and maintaining floors and dishwashing stations. They also manage waste disposal and may perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled to uphold strict hygiene standards. Stewards at Aulani must follow strict safety and sanitation procedures, including HACCP guidelines, to guarantee compliance and guest safety. This role requires physical stamina since it involves heavy lifting and working in loud, sometimes confined spaces.
