Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for long periods
willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
ability to follow directions carefully
physical ability to lift and carry heavy items
basic knowledge of cleaning procedures

Job Qualifications

previous dishwashing or kitchen experience preferred
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
good communication skills

Job Duties

perform dish machine set-up and maintenance
use proper pre-soaking procedures, cleaning fondue pots, cleaning fondue forks, and following proper chemical usage
immediately document and report repairs and maintenance issues
practice teamwork by communicating with and assisting all members of the restaurant team
use checklists to ensure proper set-up and close down of each shift
