Job Requirements
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required
- Must be able to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
- Ability to transport and/or move a maximum of 40lbs
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
- Skill in using cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must adhere to health and safety standards

Job Duties
- Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware, and utensils
- Operates industrial dish machine according to protocol
- Delivers sanitized plates and silverware to various locations as needed
- Maintains a clean work area throughout entire shift
- Cleans machine during each shift, including exterior of machine
- Collects dirty dishes and equipment from outlets and delivers to main sanitization room for sanitizing
- Assists with the busing and cleaning of various units in the Student Union
