- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to operate industrial dishwashing machine
- familiar with sanitation and health codes
- able to lift up to 40 lbs
- availability to work flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
- legal authorization to work in the u.s
- dependable and punctual
- strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- experience working in a fast paced environment
- ability to stand for extended periods
- able to lift and move up to 150 lbs using proper lifting techniques

Job Duties
- operate industrial dishwashing machine
- keep up with fast paced high volume kitchen and restaurant
- ensure all eating and cooking utensils are cleaned maintained and stored properly
- lift up to 40 lbs
- maintain overall cleanliness in dish and kitchen area
- comply with sanitation safety and health codes
- work flexible schedule including nights weekends holidays
