Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a similar dishwasher or stewarding role preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to follow safety and sanitation standards
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment or machinery
Knowledge of proper chemical handling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail oriented
Positive attitude
Reliable attendance

Job Duties

Maintain a positive physical appearance of the stewarding and back of house areas
Communicate supply, maintenance, safety, and storage needs to leadership promptly
Fulfill restaurant service needs from stewarding throughout the shift and ensure that all requirements are met according to specifications
Do floor runs when necessary
Utilize proper cleaning techniques, equipment, and machinery
Handle cleaning chemicals safely
Ensure timely and efficient dishwashing to support food service operations
