Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours including day and night shifts
Commitment to sustainability practices
Must be able to work in a team environment

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service
Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Participate in industry-leading recycling and composting programs
Work collaboratively with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
