Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or a similar role is advantageous
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and move up to 40 pounds
- able to work in a kitchen environment exposed to hot water and cleaning chemicals
- flexible availability to work varied shifts as needed

Job Duties
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes glasses tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through the dish machine
- sort and stack clean dishes
- carry clean dishes to cook line and other proper storage areas
- rewash soiled dishes before delivering
- change the dishwater in the dish machine every hour
- wash pots pans and trays by hand
- remove trash and garbage to the dumpster
- set up or break down dishwashing area
- clean and roll unroll mats
- fill empty soak tubs with cleaning sanitizing solutions
- sweep mop floors
- sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster
- wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry
- notify manager any time dish machine wash or rinse cycle falls below safety standard temperatures
- other duties as directed
