- Previous porter and/or dishwasher experience preferred

- knowledge of appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment use
- flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all employees
- aide in cleaning inside and outside the venue
- ensure proper storage and removal of garbage and soiled linens
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station, kitchen, and entire venue
- follow supervisor's instructions and communicate with co-workers while being a team player
- possess in-depth knowledge of the dish machine
- know the proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- have general knowledge of the venue
- comply with Department of Health and company sanitation standards
- communicate product needs to chefs and/or purchaser
- properly set up dish station and perform opening/closing procedures
- stock stations with prescribed supplies
- maintain and clean kitchen equipment
- wipe down and sanitize stations
- perform opening and closing side-work
- report all breakage and damage to management immediately
- attend and participate in daily pre-service and departmental meetings
- learn by listening, observing, and sharing knowledge while leading by example
- portray a positive and professional attitude
- demonstrate knowledge of Tao Group Hospitality and its supporting hotel environments
- work as part of a team providing help and support to fellow members
- assist with and complete additional assigned tasks
