Job Requirements
- Ability to write and verbally communicate
- Must be able to move quickly
- Must be able to push and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in environments with varying noise, crowd, and smoke levels
- Flexibility to work irregular shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Maintaining a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance

- Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous porter and/or dishwasher experience preferred
- Knowledge of dish machine operation
- Understanding of proper usage of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies
- General knowledge of hospitality venue operations
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Positive and professional attitude
Job Duties
- Ensure all service and kitchen wares are clean and sanitized
- Interact politely and courteously with team members and supervisors
- Anticipate and accommodate the needs of all employees
- Aid in cleaning inside and outside the venue
- Properly store and remove garbage and soiled linens
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dish station, kitchen, and entire venue
- Follow supervisor's instructions and support co-workers as a team player
