Job Requirements
- Must represent Cooper's Hawk values
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience working in a restaurant
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a restaurant
- High-volume, full-service restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
- Passion for guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays
- Ability to multi-task and work calmly under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk up to 10 hours per shift
- Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 6 hours
- Ability to work within conditions including wet floors, temperature extremes, and loud noise

Job Duties
- Assist operational excellence by cleaning and restocking all plates, dishes, utensils, glasses, silverware, pots, pans in the restaurant
- Clean and maintain the dishwasher as directed
- Sweep and mop the kitchen floors as needed or as directed
- Assist in maintaining a clean and safe back dock by cleaning it as required
- Ensure a clean work environment by breaking down and removing all garbage and boxes to the dumpster or designated area
- Assist in receiving products when requested
- Adhere to all kitchen systems and standards
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized and stocked work area
- Maintain professional relationships and clear communications with all Managers and Team Members
- Follow departmental checklists and standard operating procedures to ensure work areas are prepared for opening, mid-shift or closing in accordance with company guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
