Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen cleaning roles preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to lift heavy objects
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledgeable about sanitation standards
- capable of following safety protocols
- good physical condition and endurance

Job Duties
- Load and unload dishwashing machines
- wash specific items by hand including wooden cutting boards, large pots, and delicate china
- store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately
- assemble workstations before meal prep begins
- ensure sufficient supply of clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
- check dishwashing machine operation and report technical or performance issues promptly
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean and orderly condition
- keep kitchen area clean and clutter-free, removing trash regularly
- abide by all safety regulations including sanitation standards and proper handling of cleaning products
- assist with new composting procedures
- maintain cleaning supplies stock and place orders with the supervisor when necessary
- follow instructions and assist with various tasks as needed
- pay attention to detail and adhere to sanitation rules
- assist other teammates as necessary
