Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical duties involving lifting, standing, and repetitive motion
Ability to follow directions and work cooperatively with others
Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Previous experience in dishwashing or kitchen prep preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper dishwashing techniques
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively

Job Duties

Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and prep food as needed
Set up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
Maintain clean and dry floors throughout scheduled shift
Properly wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
Change water in machines and sinks every two hours or more often as required, and use chemical dilutions set by EcoLab
Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries
Maintain trash cans throughout shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift
Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves
Follow the posted daily dish cleaning duties
Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed
Assist in cleaning of service, dining, and pantry areas
Complete all other account specified needs under the direction of the assigned kitchen lead
