Job Requirements
- Must be able to carry up to 60 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of the shift
- Capacity to push and pull equipment, mops, and brooms occasionally
- Willingness to work in variable temperature conditions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call
- No prior experience required
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively within a team

Job Duties
- Clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items by hand or using dishwasher
- Ensure sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks meet health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in an organized manner
- Clean work area including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area
- Remove trash from dish room and transport it to the dumpster
- Clean and sanitize garbage cans
- Maintain kitchen wares storage organization
