Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to carry up to 35 pounds
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including days, evenings, and event-based shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Basic communication skills
- Compliance with company health and safety regulations

Job Duties
- Using hands or a dishwasher to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, flatware, and kitchen items, ensuring all sanitizer levels on dish machines and pot sinks are at the specific requirements for health standards
- Store clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Clean work area, including equipment, floors, walls, and cooking area, keeping the kitchenware storage organized
- Remove trash from the dish room and transport it to the dumpster, as well as clean and sanitize the garbage cans
- Follow directions and cooperate with team members to maintain kitchen sanitation standards
- Carry items up to 35 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Adapt to variable temperature conditions while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
