Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous dishwashing or cleaning experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- good physical condition to perform manual tasks
- willingness to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- availability to work full time Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- ability to comply with a drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in dishwashing, cleaning, or stocking preferred
- ability to maintain sanitary and orderly work areas
- knowledge of safety standards and procedures in a kitchen environment

- ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks

- physical capability to handle kitchen equipment and supplies
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with assigned dishwashing equipment
- washes pots, pans, and trays ensuring complete cleanliness and sanitation
- polishes silverware using various methods depending on assigned equipment
- ensures compliance with safety procedures and maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels
- keeps dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors adhering to safety and sanitation policies
- washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- removes trash and properly cleans garbage containers
- transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- helps load and unload supplies and product
- performs other related duties as assigned
