This dedication to excellence, community, and employee well-being positions Eurest as a premier employer in the foodservice sector, offering meaningful career opportunities in various operational roles.
Currently, Eurest is seeking full-time Dishwashers to join its team at the Intel RR5 location in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. This role is integral to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen environment, which is essential for the smooth operation of the foodservice operation. The Dishwasher will be responsible for cleaning dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen equipment, and utensils to high standards of hygiene and sanitation. The role supports the kitchen staff by ensuring all items are properly cleaned and ready for continuous use, directly contributing to food safety and the overall guest experience.
This position operates on a full-time schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with more details provided during the interview process. Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $16.50 per hour, reflective of experience and qualifications. Eurest also offers uniforms, employee benefits, and a meal program to support its associates. Additionally, there is an internal employee referral bonus available as part of the incentives to foster employee engagement and growth.
The Dishwasher role requires previous experience in dishwashing, cleaning, and stocking, although this is preferred and not strictly mandatory, highlighting Eurest’s openness to training enthusiastic and dedicated individuals. Responsibilities include scraping and rinsing food from dirty dishes, washing them either by hand or through dishwashing machines, polishing silverware, maintaining compliance with safety procedures, keeping the dish area orderly, and assisting with supply transfers and general kitchen cleanliness. Tasks such as sweeping and mopping kitchen floors, washing worktables and walls, removing trash, and performing other duties as assigned are all part of the daily routine.
Eurest champions a drug-free workplace and is committed to equal opportunity employment, ensuring all applicants are treated fairly regardless of race, nationality, gender, age, disability, veteran status, or other protected classifications. The company encourages diversity and inclusion as key drivers of its success and invites individuals from all backgrounds to apply and join the team. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until all openings are filled, with opportunities to be reconsidered for future roles if the position is currently closed.
In terms of benefits, Eurest provides both full-time and part-time employees a diverse range of perks, including retirement plans, associate shopping programs, health and wellness initiatives, discount marketplaces, identity theft protection, pet insurance, and voluntary benefits such as critical illness and accident insurance. Full-time employees also have access to medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance programs, and flexible spending accounts.
Eurest, under the Compass Group umbrella, represents a stellar opportunity for individuals seeking stable employment in a reputable foodservice company that values its employees and supports their professional and personal growth. This Dishwasher position not only provides competitive hourly pay but also a pathway to engage in a rewarding work environment where every team member plays a crucial role in upholding the high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.
