Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a foodservice or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to work Monday through Friday with some weekends
- Reliable transportation to Porsche Drive location
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior food service experience is preferred
- Ability to adhere to hygiene and safety standards
- Capability to work flexible hours including some weekends
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and transfer supplies
- Basic understanding of kitchen operations and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
