Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing experience preferred
- ability to work full-time or part-time shifts including early mornings
- ability to stand for extended periods
- must be able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to lift moderately heavy items
- reliable and punctual
- eligibility to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or use dishwasher depending on equipment
- wash pots, pans, and trays ensuring thorough cleanliness
- polish silverware using designated equipment and procedures
- ensure compliance with safety protocols
- maintain chemical levels and temperatures as required
- keep dishwashing area orderly and safe
- sweep and mop kitchen floors to maintain sanitation
- clean worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
- remove trash and maintain garbage cans
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist with loading and unloading supplies
- perform other assigned duties
