Job Requirements
- Prior dishwashing experience
- availability for full-time or part-time shifts including rotating weekends
- ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- willingness to work varied shifts between 6:00 am and 6:30 pm
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or with dishwashing machine
- washes pots, pans, and trays according to procedures
- polishes silverware using appropriate equipment and methods
- ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishware and work areas
- maintains temperatures and chemical levels for dishwashing process
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure safety and sanitation
- removes trash and keeps dish area orderly
