The role available is for utility workers and dishwashers who play an essential part in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the kitchen, dining, and storage areas. This position is vital to supporting the culinary team and ensuring that food preparation areas and equipment are well-organized and sanitary. Starting compensation for this role is $13.00 per hour, and the rate may vary based on experience.

This position offers many benefits including paid time off, volunteer hours, and competitive benefit packages such as medical, dental, and vision coverage for eligible team members in accordance with state laws. Additionally, the work schedule provides quality of life advantages, with most employees finishing their shifts before 9 pm. Employees also enjoy a 30% discount on food and drinks at on-site dining venues, including healthy meal options at reduced prices.

Eagle's Trace supports its workforce with a 401(k) plan featuring a company match of 3% for team members aged 18 and over, on-site medical centers offering wellness visits and sick care, and abundant opportunities for career growth as the company expands.

The primary responsibilities of the role include ensuring exceptional organization and cleanliness throughout the kitchen, dining, and storage areas, supporting stock and utility team members with inventory management, and adhering to safety protocols using personal protective equipment (PPE). The role demands physical capability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds and requires availability to work weekends and holidays.

Ideal candidates will have prior service or kitchen experience and the ability to follow written instructions and schedules accurately. Eagle's Trace recognizes that specific state regulations may impact the position and complies strictly with any such applicable laws.
