This position is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of dishware, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and all food preparation areas, ensuring an orderly environment that supports the hospital’s dietary operations. Work shifts are scheduled from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm with some variation in days and including weekend shifts once a month from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
