Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work full time including some weekends
- Capacity to perform physically demanding work such as lifting and standing for long periods
- Compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Willingness to undergo background screening if required

- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols

- Ability to work full-time hours including occasional weekends

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical cleaning tasks
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, pots, pans, and trays
- Polishes silverware using burnishing machine, chemical dip, buffing wheel or hand cloth
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by safety standards
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to comply with sanitation and safety regulations
- Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
- Removes trash and cleans garbage cans
- Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Helps load and unload supplies and products
