Job Requirements

Previous dishwashing, order receiving and customer service experience preferred but not required
ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
ability to follow safety procedures
availability to work full-time schedules Monday through Friday
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
willingness to comply with company policies including a drug-free workplace
applicants must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good communication skills
ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
reliable attendance and punctuality
willingness to work varying shifts Monday through Friday

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces
removes trash and places it in designated containers
transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
helps load and unload supplies and product
performs other duties as assigned
