Job Requirements
- Previous dishwasher experience is required
- Must be available to work full time Monday through Friday, day shift hours
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting, sweeping, and cleaning
- Must be able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Strong commitment to teamwork and communication
- Ability to comply with company drug-free workplace policy
Job Qualifications
- Previous dishwasher experience
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Capability to operate dishwashing machinery and polishing equipment
- Knowledge of safety and chemical handling procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
