Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work every other weekend and holiday
- dependable and punctual
- ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or dishwashing helpful
- ability to follow directions and work under supervision
- good communication and teamwork skills
- understanding of basic sanitation and food safety practices
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
Job Duties
- perform daily and scheduled cleaning and sanitation duties in accordance with food service policies and procedures
- clear tables, wash dishes and utensils, and return clean items to designated storage areas
- maintain clean, dry, and safe work areas free from hazards
- work collaboratively with team members, supporting a universal worker culture
- assist with basic dining support as needed, including setting tables, filling/passing beverages, and serving food according to portion guidelines
- support meal service by delivering trays, preparing sack lunches, and assisting with special events or activities
- assist with tracking meal counts for residents, guests, and staff as directed
