Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or similar role is advantageous but not required
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- physical capability to handle cleaning tasks
- willingness to adhere to all health and safety protocols
- pass background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- possess ability to make independent decisions when needed
- skilled in dealing tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public
- must be able to follow oral and written instructions
- maintain care and use of supplies and equipment
- perform regular inspections for sanitation and safety
- successful completion of background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening
