Job Duties
- wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, dishes, and tables
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing area
- ensure dishes and utensils are properly organized and stored
- assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks as needed
- follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards
- report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
