Job Description

Our establishment is a reputable restaurant known for its commitment to quality service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. We pride ourselves on providing a welcoming environment for our patrons and a supportive workplace for our team members. As part of our kitchen staff, the dishwasher plays a critical role in the overall guest experience by ensuring that all dishware, glassware, cutlery, and cooking utensils are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards throughout the shift. This role is fundamental in supporting the kitchen's daily operations, upholding safety and sanitation guidelines, and helping maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

The Dishwasher position is an essential part-time or full-time role within our restaurant, designed to guarantee that the kitchen maintains a steady and reliable flow of clean wares. This role involves various tasks such as loading and unloading racks, managing cleaning chemicals, and assisting in basic kitchen maintenance duties. Employees in this position are expected to comply with all safety protocols, food cost controls, and sanitation procedures. Additionally, the dishwasher is responsible for assisting with side work assignments and ensuring areas are clean and ready for ongoing kitchen use. Detail orientation, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a positive attitude towards teamwork are vital for success in this role. Our team values punctuality, responsibility, and a strong work ethic, all of which contribute to creating a smooth workflow and quality customer service experience. Potential candidates should be prepared to engage in physical tasks such as lifting heavy racks and standing for extended periods throughout their shift. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking an entry-level position in the foodservice industry, offering the chance to develop professional skills within a dynamic team setting. While previous experience in a similar environment is preferred, we are committed to training motivated individuals who demonstrate enthusiasm for supporting kitchen operations and hospitality excellence.
