Job Description

Trilogy at The Vineyards, located in the picturesque area of Brentwood, California, is a premier lifestyle community known for its stunning architecture, breathtaking mountain views, and comprehensive amenities tailored for an active and vibrant lifestyle. At the heart of this community is Club Los Meganos, an exquisite clubhouse that offers residents and guests a variety of upscale experiences. This includes a full-service Sawa Spa for rejuvenation, Abby's Gourmet Studio for fine dining, multiple fitness and sports courts for recreational activities, and a unique setting for weddings amid surrounding vineyards. The community blends luxury with nature, creating an environment where wellness, socialization, and relaxation coexist beautifully. Trilogy at The Vineyards is more than just a residential community; it's a destination that epitomizes quality living and exceptional service.

The Dishwasher position at Trilogy at The Vineyards plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and sanitation that the establishment upholds. This part-time role, offering a competitive wage of $17 per hour, is fundamental to the smooth operation of the food and beverage services within Club Los Meganos. The dishwasher ensures that all dishware, utensils, kitchen tools, and equipment are impeccably cleaned, organized, and readily available for daily use. Responsibilities extend beyond washing to include maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, properly disposing of waste, and assisting with other tasks such as food preparation and banquet setup as needed.

This position reports directly to the Food and Beverage Supervisor and requires an individual who values safety, efficiency, and teamwork. The dishwasher must adhere strictly to food safety guidelines, demonstrate attention to detail, and be capable of working in a fast-paced environment. The role demands physical activity, including standing and walking for extended periods, lifting, bending, and maneuvering through busy kitchen spaces. Employees must be proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing positively to the team dynamic.

Trilogy at The Vineyards offers a supportive work environment and benefits for eligible employees, such as medical, dental, and life insurance plans for full-time workers, paid time off, paid holidays, and participation in a 401(k) plan. Part-time employees accrue paid sick leave in compliance with state regulations, reflecting the company’s commitment to employee well-being and work-life balance. This job opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment in a professional and welcoming community setting, with a focus on quality service and operational excellence.
