Job Requirements
- Availability in the evenings and late nights
- Knowledge of industrial dishwashing machines
- Proper sanitation knowledge
- Operation of garbage compactor and disposal
- Understanding of kitchen and restaurant operations
- Experience with restaurant bussing

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
- Capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order in fast-paced setting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred
- Knowledge of industrial dishwashing machines
- Understanding of proper sanitation practices
- Familiarity with kitchen and restaurant operations
- Experience with garbage compactor and disposal
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Properly operate dishwasher to clean dishes, silverware, tumblers, glasses, pots, and pans
- Hand wash large pots
- Clean and maintain all trash bins
- Deposit kitchen and dish room garbage in dumpsters
- Keep floors clean and free of spills, food, trash, and obstacles
- Daily clean walk-in cooler
- Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout the shift
- Ensure proper rotation of all dishes, pots, pans, and storage bins
- Maintain House of Blues safety and sanitation standards
- Organize and maintain storage of all dishware
- Keep up with fast-paced high-volume kitchen and restaurant
- Comply with applicable health codes by ensuring all eating and cooking utensils are cleaned, maintained, and stored properly
- Assist other employees as needed
- Perform all opening and closing duties
- Ensure sanitation and safety compliance
- Exhibit positive attitude and teamwork
- Adhere to all House of Blues policies
