Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality environment preferred but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation
  • excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to established procedures
  • sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas
  • assist kitchen staff with food preparation and organization as needed
  • empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
  • follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • monitor dishwashing equipment and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
  • adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards
