Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or food service environment beneficial
- valid state/local food handler’s card where applicable
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift at least 20 pounds
- strong attention to detail and time management skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- maintain a steady pace to prevent dishwashing backups
- return and restock clean items to their designated areas
- monitor and maintain dishwashing equipment, reporting any issues to management
- keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean and organized
- dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness in garbage areas
- follow all safety and sanitation protocols
- assist with general kitchen cleaning, including restrooms as needed
- work collaboratively as part of a team-oriented environment
- perform other duties as assigned
