The role we are offering is vital to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of the restaurant, ensuring guests have a positive experience from start to finish. This position involves keeping the dining area, including tables, chairs, booths, and floors, clean and orderly once guests leave. Adherence to detailed cleaning protocols outlined in posted charts is essential to meet our quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Employees in this role are expected to maintain appearance standards as detailed in the IHOP standard operating procedures, contributing to a professional and consistent customer-facing presence.
In addition to routine cleaning, associates will perform other tasks and assignments delegated by the management team, including the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or acting supervisors. This flexibility is crucial to support the smooth operation of the restaurant. Moreover, employees will actively participate in the IHOP N Go program, engaging with initiatives to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time schedules, including day and night shifts, weekend and holiday availability, and options for 8 or 10-hour shifts.

Job Duties
- Clear clean and reset tables and clean chairs booths and floors after guests leave
- Perform all cleaning duties according to posted cleaning charts
- Comply with IHOP uniform and appearance standards per SOP guidelines
- Perform other assignments or tasks as assigned by the General Manager Assistant manager or acting supervisor
- Comply with IHOP N Go program as assigned
